TERMS & CONDITIONS



2.1            Provisional Reservations

All provisional reservations are subject to the payment of a deposit equal to 50% [ fifty percent ] of the quoted tour / accommodation / package costs within 48 [ forty eight ] hours of the provisional reservation being forwarded to the client.

All payments for deposits must be made either by bank transfer or cash deposit in the designated bank account. Confirmation of proof of payment must reach St. Lucia Central Reservations within 72 [ seventy two ] hours of  the provisional reservation being forwarded to the client.  Failure to submit proof of payment will lead to automatic cancellation of provisional reservation subject to the following penalty fees deducted from any / all payments that might have been made by the client :

Administration fee            0%

Deposit fees            25% [ twenty five percent ] should proof of payment be submitted within 48 hours [ forty eight hours ] after deadline.

                                    50% [ fifty percent ] should proof of payment be submitted within 72 hours [ seventy two hours ] after deadline.

                                    100% [ hundred percent ] should proof of payment be submitted within 96 hours [ ninety six hours ] after deadline.

2.2               Final Reservation Confirmation

Final reservation confirmation will be issued to the client within 48 working hours [ forty eight working hours ] upon receipt of proof of payment of deposit requirements provided that such proof of payment complies with the provisions of 2.1 above.

All outstanding amounts are payable by the client within 96 hours [ ninety six hours ] from date of Final Confirmation being forwarded to the client.  Failure to comply will lead to cancellation of provisional reservation subject to the penalty fees and time frames as in 2.1 above.

2.3               Cancellation of Confirmed Reservation

Cancellations of confirmed reservations will be subject to the following cancellation penalty fees :

25 % [ twenty five percent ] of payments received should notice of cancellation be received more than 30 days [ thirty days ] prior to date of occupation of accommodation or date of tour.

50% [ fifty percent ] of payments received should notice of cancellation be received more than 14 days [ fourteen days ] but less than 30 days [ thirty days ] prior to date of occupation of accommodation or date of tour.

100% [ hundred percent ] of payments received should notice of cancellation be received less than 14 days [ fourteen days ] prior to date of occupation of accommodation or date of tour.

[ The management of St. Lucia Central Reservations reserves the right to deviate from any penalty fees payable on grounds of proven humanitarian grounds, which deviation shall be solely within the discretion of the management of St. Lucia Central Reservations ]

The Management of St. Lucia Central Reservations accept no responsibility for the standard of accommodation offered as establishments are mostly not subjected to regulated classification standards and standards may be varied from time to time by individual owners. Management will however endeavor to comply with the request as submitted.

 

  1. The Management of St. Lucia Central Reservations reserves the right to re-route and/or of refusal for all requests for accommodation.
